Why choose us?

Excellence is at the heart of everything we do. We don’t use unnecessary legalise or complicated language and we write in plain English. We understand what it’s like to run a business and we can talk to you in a straightforward and easy-to-understand manner.

Clients value our in-depth knowledge, technical expertise and meticulous attention to detail. We take a pragmatic approach and balance the business needs with the legal requirements of the transaction. We seek to break down problems and deal with them in an appropriate way, not make the situation more complicated, and we think that’s why clients choose us.

We’re very much of the view that, if you’re going to do something, then do it well – especially the little things. In the long run, this is time and effort well invested.

In a Nutshell

Ccall is an agile business established in 2012. We provide company/commercial legal advice to entrepreneurial clients and small to medium-sized owner-managed and family-run businesses usually in and around London and the South East.

We specialise in helping clients to buy, sell and invest in private companies, buy and sell businesses and assets, restructuring, spin-off’s and share buybacks and we advise on a range of commercial contracts typically entered into by private companies as well as advising employer clients on employment law matters.

We advise individual director/shareholder on Shareholder Agreements and bespoke Articles of Association and how to deal with matters if the relationship breaks down.

Corporate Experience

We have the necessary skills to assess, plan, project management and drive through to completion corporate transactions dealing with both technical and commercial issues on the way.

We’re both used to and enjoy working on complex and often multifaceted transactions and disputes. With an excellent track record and an eye for detail, we seek out common ground and look for solutions which are rarely obvious at the start but are developed during negotiations as the position of the parties undergo change.

We apply our skills set across our areas of practice – buying and selling companies or businesses, investments in private companies, Shareholder Agreements and shareholder disputes, commercial agreements and employment law for business.
